Diversity: All different all equal

We are not all equal neither do we have all the same skills or background, but working together with different people is what shapes us, learning from each other, becoming better on what we do and what we are, including and accepting people that, otherwise, would face a “transparent” barrier.

Being minority in an environment should not mean not being accepted. It should mean there is an opportunity to wide our knowledge as problems may become opportunities with a different point of view.
